Please note this applies to all “sites” contained within the Bozonessinc Network.
These terms apply to your access of our website(s).
(1)- You agree to all policies contained within this Terms of Service, and have read and understand our “Privacy Policy” and any other policies therein of the Bozonessinc Network.
(2)- You agree to not abuse the service through the terms of this contract.
What Constitutes Abuse?
(a) – Using our forums/blog commenting feature for illegal promotion, distribution of viruses, illegal material or otherwise.
(b) Attempting to place pornographic or adult materials on a site in our network, with a user added feature.
(c) Attempting to illegally access the web servers of Bozonessinc Network with malicious intent or otherwise (including DDOS attempts & brute force attacks)
(d) Attempting to access admin panels of the Bozonessinc Network without authorization.
(e) Using the service of the Bozonessinc Network for the purpose of sending mass e-mails, spam or otherwise.
(f) To knowingly act, or “claim” to be a Bozonessinc Network Official without (i) – Permission from ownership (ii) being in a position at the Bozonessinc Network.
(3) Understand that violation of section 2a-f constitute violations of Canadian Law (Where the Bozonessinc Network is based) and will be reported to proper government agents. Violation of those rules also constitutes removal of access to Bozonessinc Network.
(4) If you cannot agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not access websites along the Bozonessinc Network and we ask you to leave. *
