One of my favorite jobs is being an Article Writer, it has to be one of the best jobs to have. Article Writing is a good job because it pays you money, and if you are selective about which jobs you take on can really be a learning experience in a field you care about.
Like every other online job there is, you obviously need some requirements.
1. You need to be able to write Quality Articles – Nobody wants to buy junk, nobody will buy an article that has horrible spelling and grammar or doesn’t make sense.
2. You need to be a good at that niche – Only write about things you know about, if you are completely bewildered you can’t write about it, as simple as that.
Article Writing can bring you money online, thats the truth. There are risks though and losses, when you first start out as a writer you will have to give everyone discounts or free copies, so they know you are actually a good writer, and you will have to charge low prices.
When I started article writing, a few months ago, I only charged $2 for 300 Words, today I get from $4-$6 for 300 words. As your reviews increase and happy customers do, there willing to pay more for your service. One obstacle to overcome is of course the lack of jobs. If your looking for jobs as an article writer I would suggest trying these tips:
1. Go to Webmaster Forums, Webmasters are always looking for new content for there sites, examples of good webmaster forums are forums.vctechnetwork.com and netbuilders.org. There are many more out there and a google search will help you find it.
2. Start up a website and include the reviews you have to date on it, also have sample articles so people know that your writing is good quality and you didn’t just lie about the reviews.
3. When you start threads about your writing service, always include reviews from previous customers, people want to know whether others were happy with your service.
