7 Crazy Tips for Getting Attention Online

I admit it, I’m crazy when it comes to getting attention . It’s really  a talent though, being able to grab the attention of random people online. Why just the other day I really nabbed the attention of those in NamePros chat, they suddenly banned me for just saying “retarded”. But, I never really had a technique, I’ve always just put myself out there.

Just randomly one day, someone asked me “how the heck are you getting so much attention? I see your name out there so much.” The problem was that I just didn’t get it, how exactly could I just pick up this attention so easily. Then 7 things came into my mind and I just have to share them with you.

Just Say It - When I feel like saying something, I get it out there, I don’t wait for someone else to say something, I just say it because I feel it. I say it fast and I say it at the time, for example when I’m banned from a site (unfortunately happens a lot) I contact the site owner within minutes. This helps you get that in your face approach that they love to hate.

Get in their face - When you get there attention, make sure you get their attention full force, I don’t mean they are just reading your e-mails for five seconds, I mean they are paying attention and want to read more. It’s not just contacting them, its saying the right things, to get the lead.

Pull out ‘the dirt’ – Simply said, there is dirt online about all webmasters, your key is going to be finding it about one webmaster. You really have there attention when you can reference something stupid they’ve done or some time they were sued. The key to getting their attention is this case is to pick an issue that you know anyone would care about.

Let them know your there – Saying something on your blog about them means nothing, they may never even see it. If you let them know your there it sends them a message, its like being stuck in a hole and yelling out “I’m down here”, well use different ways like dropping your link randomly till you know, they know your here.

Get in touch with them every way you can – Don’t just e-mail them! Instant Message them, tweet @ them, facebook them, private message them. Eventually they will get annoyed and just listen to you. They don’t have a choice sometimes and will just listen up.

If it works keep doing it – If you find a way that is getting you tons of attention then use it, keep using it, try expanding that method and sharing it with others. Imagine all the attention that you could grab with your one simple method. Plus its unique and only you are doing it.

Be Yourself - If you get attention pretending to be someone else, whats the point? In the end is it really going to help you? Probably not! It’s going to give your fake alias a ton of help, so help yourself, and be yourself.

If you try all these techniques I won’t guarantee your success but I can guarantee you will send a message to somebody out there.
